At Equipment Leader, we facilitate the listing and advertising of equipment on our platform. It’s important to note that any transactions or purchases made through the Platform are solely between the buyer and the seller. As such, we generally do not offer refunds for any equipment or items purchased through the Platform, unless required by applicable local law.
Additionally, for any other services or products that may be offered separately by Equipment Leader, refunds will be subject to the specific refund policies outlined for those services or products. Please refer to the corresponding terms and conditions or policies provided for each specific service or product.
Our role is to provide a marketplace where sellers can showcase their equipment and buyers can connect with sellers to initiate transactions. Once a transaction is completed and the equipment is purchased or services are rendered, all matters regarding refunds, returns, or disputes must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller or according to the specific refund policies applicable to the respective services or products.
We strongly encourage buyers to thoroughly review the equipment listings, communicate with sellers, and exercise due diligence before making any purchase decisions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assess the condition, suitability, and quality of the equipment and to negotiate the terms of the transaction with the seller.
Equipment Leader does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, condition, or quality of the equipment listed on the platform. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the actions or conduct of buyers or sellers. Any claims, warranties, guarantees, or representations made by sellers are their sole responsibility.
In the event that a refund is allowed under applicable local law or the specific refund policies for Equipment Leader’s services or products, buyers and sellers are encouraged to work together in good faith to find a mutually acceptable resolution. If necessary, local laws or authorities may be involved to resolve any legal disputes between the parties.
By using the Equipment Leader platform or any other services or products provided by Equipment Leader, you acknowledge and agree that any purchases made are subject to the refund policies outlined for each specific service or product, or as required by applicable local law. Equipment Leader shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from transactions or purchases made through the Platform or for its other services or products.
Please note that filing a chargeback without a legitimate reason or in violation of these Terms is strictly against our policies. If a chargeback is initiated without proper justification, Equipment Leader reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating the user’s account and pursuing legal remedies, to recover any associated fees or damages incurred as a result of the chargeback.
